This Baroque saddle has been specifically developed by Ryder Saddles for the warmblood and other such types. It particularly suits Friesian horses. The tree is a U shaped tree made especially for horses that are wider around the wither area but still have shape. The tree used in this saddle is unique to Ryder Saddles having being developed by Glen after seeing the issues affecting these horses over the years. This saddle has a molded knee roll for support and a medium to deep seat and puts the rider in perfect balance. This is the dual flap version and the girth straps have a balance strap (V girth) to help to keep the saddle secure with the warmbloods big movement. The saddle pictured is calfskin and buffalo hide with silver trim but is available in all the Ryder options

The Baroque starts at less than $5000.00. (Any tax or shipping not included.) These custom saddles rival saddles priced in the $7500 to $8000 range. There are an infinite number of special touches you can add, including special bars, inlaid seats, pattern changes, special leathers or cantle/bead choices. Our test saddles can be bought for less.
