Le Monde is extraordinarily well engineered...I've ridden racing
saddles, every kind of "outdoor" saddle I can think of, and the
Macel which was by far the best up until now. Granted I haven't
gone over 5' hurdles, don't think I will....but just for ordinary
hacking outside BUT on hot horses that spook at nothing AND in rough
(and I mean ROUGH not eeewww a little thingie on the trail!)
and that saddle just does not move. It's not broken in yet but I've
noticed that our 3 horses are much more comfortable in their backs,
even dear old Blue who steps right out.

horses get sullen and reticent often it's because the saddle pinches
