All Thornhill saddles ship for free. Any fittings that ship with a saddle, travel for free. Should you wish to return or exchange a Thornhill saddle, you will be charged a flat $35 per turn around. Return postage is at your expense. We strive to deliver goods shipped separate of a saddle at the least expense possible. All saddles may be returned so long as they are in new condition. This means that your trial ride must be done with surgical care. Please keep your test rides to two or three before you make your decision. Wrap your leathers, don't ride in pants or breeches or boots that might scratch the leather. We understand that you may be facing weather conditions for your trial ride. Please make all returns within 30 days of ordering. your name and mine must be in the box.
