All Thornhill saddles ship for free.  Should you want to return or exchange a saddle for any reason, you will be charged a flat $30 per turn around.  The return postage is at your expense.   Any fittings that ship with a saddle, travel for free.  We strive to deliver goods shipped separate of a saddle at the least expense possible.

A saddle may be returned so long as it is in new condition.  This means that your trial ride must be done with surgical care!  Wrap your leathers, don't ride in pants or breeches or boots that might scratch the leather.  Any damage done will be assessed and charged to you. 

Our mission is to help you find a saddle that fits you and your horse.  For this reason, we do not charge restock fees and have gone out of our way to develop a method to determine the best saddle for riders and horses we can not meet with personally.
