"Y" Girthing, well balanced saddle.  Tree and billets in excellent shape.  Saddle well cared for (stored inside and cleaned regularly.) The leather near the twist has wrinkled.  While I have not seen this saddle in person, I would judge the width to be more of a MW.  In MN

    Equation Saddlery Custom 17" Dressage Saddle

17" seat made in Jan. 2006.  Good for smaller adult or child rider.  Like new condition.  Adjustable stirrup bar allows for feet to be in correct position under the pelvis.  Was $2650 new.  In MN.
